MA Design does not offer refunds on it's web, graphic, domain, hosting, or branding products after a deposit on a project has been taken
rather we offer a 30 day limited period of additional support once a site has been hosted and connected to the project's associated domain.

This period does not cover migration of a site built on one platform to another or edits taking more than 60 billable hours in their entirety.
​
Refunds are available only after a deposit has been paid but no design / development has begun if the refund is initiated within 7 days of the time the deposit is paid.
MA Design offers limited refunds on it's print design, marketing colatteral, and print based branding products
A 15 limited period of additional support once a site has been hosted and connected to the project's associated domain.

This period does not cover incomplete orders.
​
Refunds are available only on the printing costs, not to the design costs related to the project.
By submitting a payment you are agreeing to the terms of use listed on this page.

Your information used to process your payment is only kept by PayPal's secure system and never with ma design solutions (dba ma design) or it's affiliate hosts or web platforms.
MA Design processes its payments using a secure PayPal or Square payment portal
You may use debit, credit, e-cheque, or PayPal.
